How do I make changes to my ‘on-call’ schedule?
You can e-mail or fax your changes directly to us or you can call us on the phone.
Can I get call activity reports delivered to me?
Yes. We can deliver call activity reports to you on a regular basis via e-mail, fax or mail.
Can you transfer my incoming calls directly to me?
Yes. We have the ability to transfer your incoming calls to you. This is also known as ‘call patching’ or ‘call screening.’ Should you choose not to accept the call, we will take a detailed message and immediately deliver it to you.
How quickly can my service begin?
